Trademark usage guidelines
- Spell and capitalize the marks exactly as listed, and don’t alter them.
- Use a mark as an adjective followed by a common-noun descriptor (for example, “Tuxwell™ software”), not as a noun, plural or possessive.
- Include the ™ symbol at least at the first mention of a mark in a title and in the text.
- Don’t use the Tuxwell logos, or the Tuxwell name in your own company, product, service or domain names, without written permission from Tuxwell LLC.
- In material that mentions a Tuxwell trademark, include this attribution: “Tuxwell is a trademark of Tuxwell LLC in the United States.”
